10X LONGER LIFETIME

Our compact brushless motors are excellent examples of advanced technology that contribute to the quality, performance and lifetime of our tools. Among the best in the market, our digital brushless motors provide a high torque-speed ratio, and the right power and control to get the job done well. And there’s a good reason for this. Brushless tools require no brushes or physical contact to transfer power. The lack of friction leads to less wear and tear of the internal components of the motor, ultimately resulting in a 10x longer lifetime.

 

SMART MOTORS

Instead of brushes, a brushless tool is equipped with a small printed circuit board. This PCB communicates directly with the tool to coordinate energy delivery. As you can imagine, a brushless cordless drill requires less energy for screwdriving in plasterboard than in hardwood. Unlike other brushless motors, our digital brushless motors automatically sense, based on the resistance, how much energy is needed to complete the job with ease. You don’t have to worry about it and can focus on the task at hand.
