Like all other SKIL ‘40V Max’ cordless garden tools, this model is powered by the industry-leading, advanced ‘PWRCORE 40™’ battery and charger technology. The digital brushless motor delivers more power, more efficiency and a 10x longer lifetime than a comparable brushed motor. The 'Twist Load' functionality allows you to simply insert the line and twist to get started. The strimmer is perfectly balanced thanks to its two-line cutting system that gives you fast, accurate trimming results. It also has a dual line bump feed for quick and on-demand line extension as you work. All in all, this versatile garden tool truly offers everything you need: reliable Lithium-Ion battery technology, variable speed for full control and a quick-adjust handle that provides extra working comfort. The SKIL 0280 CA is supplied with a spool. The battery and charger aren't included.
