The ‘20V Max’ 3080 is an extremely powerful high-torque two-gear cordless drill and part of the SKIL ‘brushless XP’ range. ‘XP’ tools deliver exceptional performance and durability, thanks to their high specifications and advanced digital brushless motors. Like all other SKIL ‘20V Max’ cordless tools, this model is powered by the industry-leading, advanced ‘PWRCORE 20™’ battery and charger technology. Brushless SKIL 3080 excels at both the toughest screwdriving jobs and high speed drilling of larger holes. The digital brushless motor delivers more power, more efficiency and a 10x longer lifetime than a comparable brushed motor. Smart anti-kickback brake technology increases user protection by switching off the tool in case of kickback during jams. The tool has two gears and 23+1 torque settings for precise drilling and screwdriving results. Model 3080 has a 13-mm full-metal keyless ratcheting chuck for optimal bit gripping strength. Great visibility of the workpiece is assured by the advanced LED light with 2 modes, including torch mode. The automatic spindle lock allows easy accessory changing. All in all, this versatile tool truly offers exceptional performance: reliable Lithium-Ion battery technology, variable speed for full control and softgrip that provides extra working comfort.
