The extremely compact and lightweight barrel grip design ensures optimal control and guidance, which is even extra beneficial when working with the jigsaw held upside down. The digital brushless motor delivers more power, more efficiency and a 10x longer lifetime than a comparable brushed motor. Good visibility of your work is assured, thanks to the unique ‘360 ° LED’ light that illuminates the sawline without shadows. With the pre-select variable-speed control you can use this jigsaw for the best results in various materials. This jigsaw even has a special ‘Auto Speed’ setting that ensures a controlled start. The tool runs up to maximum speed automatically and only after the actual sawing has already started. With the blade eject function there is no need to touch hot blades when changing them, and the electric brake assures greater comfort and allows quicker work. You can easily adjust the highly durable aluminium footplate for making bevel cuts. The SKIL 3440 JA is supplied in a stackable case with a set of 10 saw blades and a vacuum cleaner adapter. The battery and charger aren't included.
